Responsible for Protection Plan Premier sales and account management of Asurion care centers supporting DIRECTV, as well as supporting our client and their sales performance across all DIRECTV care channels, spanning 18+ centers and 15k agents.
Responsible for the following initiatives:
- Build and expand relationships with client to drive performance and customer loyalty.
- Implementation of sales strategy to grow beyond 40% of overall Protecion Plan sales
- Managing over $1M annual budget for new Incentive Plan as well as contests/events across all Asurion centers.
- Introduction of improved New Hire training and channel offer training.
- Producing improved screening questions that result in highest quality employees.
- Helped to create new automated sales reporting page criteria
