Small Business Technology Consultant

Serves as a trusted advisor to small business owners, identifying their technology needs and assisting them with implementation in an effort to grow their business online.

Additional responsibilities include acting as a Senior Engineer and Coach, managing a team of technicians and acting as their point of contact for technical inquiries as well as the tracking of performance metrics.
