Facilities Systems Manager/Assistant Site Manager

Trained and mentored Exelis employees and subcontract labor employees on the proper maintenance and operation procedures for Air Force high voltage power plants and Mobil Aircraft Arresting Systems (MAAS). Planed, developed and implemented a high voltage decommissioning plan with minimal extra assets, cost and downtime for the Air Force withdrawal from Tallil Air Force Base. Developed the Site Safety Plan: engaged co-workers in proper methods, materials and use of equipment to comply with safety standards.
