Input debit / cheques / money order rents into yardi, working with head office, answering phone, renting and showing apartments, Advertising vacant suites, manage the receivables, doing N4's, N5', etc, AGI ( above guide increase) typing up notices, delivering of notices, ordering contract work, ordering supplies for office and buildings, tribunal, working closely with my other half, working closely with the contractors, signing invoices, bank deposits, collecting of rent payments, email / Microsoft / excel, after hours emergencies, dealing with tenants in a professional manner, working closely to the project manager, Creates move-in and move-out reports for each tenant using the Condition Inspection form, in putting move out notices in yardi, WHMIS certified, trained by priority fire for fire safety, attend fire alarms if they sound. Organize month end procedures, Manage budgets, Book contractors,Train new and existing staff, Conducting myself in a friendly and professional manner at all times, Receive and promptly address residents’ concerns,Supervise other staff and I am able to demonstrate leadership to my team, Monitor activity throughout the building, ensuring residents and their guests obey building policies, Respond appropriately and professionally to events and/or issues that occur in the building, communicate with security and read security reports, keep track of parking and availability, Enforces the provisions of the Residential Tenancy Act, Facilitates credit and reference checks for prospective tenants, Keeps proper books and accounts for the Building as per accounting requirements, I have a good understanding of the English Language, This includes both written and verbal communication skills..
