The Brand Delivery and Operations manager provides leadership that drives total store results with specific ownership for the operations of the store including financial controllables, workforce management, staffing, product lifecycle, merchandise presentation and cash wrap.

Summary of essential job functions:
- Ensures compelling visual merchandising presentation standards are achieved and maintained
- Drives planning and execution of visual changes
- Optimizes labor through creating, editing and approving weekly schedules
- Owns all controllable expenses: payroll budget, market hire rate and supplies
- Ensures back room is organized to standard and processes are followed to drive efficient flow of product to sales floor
- Owns the customer experience and operations of the cash wrap selling zone
- Owns the development/implementation of the store strategy to reduce shrink
- Owns and ensures accuracy of the physical inventory process
- Gains business insight and creates action plans
- Supports, models and enhances all selling and sales support behaviors to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyzes customer experience reports and insights and mobilizes the team
- Ensures housekeeping and maintenance of total store is executed
- Manages and resolves customer issues
- Drives customer loyalty through current brand strategies, including credit and customer relationship marketing
- Attracts, recruits and hires qualified candidates to support the functions of merchandise flow, operations, staffing, sales support, visual and cash wrap
- Owns talent management of direct reports including onboarding, assessment, retention, career development, succession planning
- Communicates effectively with store management team, associates and peers
- Partners with store manager to establish clear performance goals

Position Overview
Lead and direct all activities required to achieve all store goals, including sales objectives, client experience, human resource management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention and merchandising presentation while driving both associate and client engagement.

Responsibilities
· Directs client experience efforts that are consistent with ANN INC. standards; coaches associates on the client experience to increase transactions and capture client opportunities
· Develops team to accomplish store’s business objectives through attraction, selection, coaching, investment, retention and motivation
· Ensures attainment of sales, payroll and inventory shortage goals
· Directs merchandise presentation, restocking and recovery to maximize productivity
· Understands the ANN INC. culture and ensures compliance with all ANN INC. Values & Behaviors, as well as store policy

· Store Operations & Organization: ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow-up on all store activities
