Donor Relations Intern

As a member of the donor relations team, I wrote copy for multiple events, including the $2.2 million fundraising Gathering of Eagles gala during the week of AirVenture. I was a driving force in writing the 2016 Gathering program. My ability to manipulate different software, including Microstoft Office grew significantly in this position.

As the research assistant, I assist the program director in preparing program proposals for the museum's opening in March 2017. I also developed the museum's social media policy in order to increase the productivity and outreach of the museum's social media accounts.

University of Wisconsin Oshkosh

Bachelor of Science, Journalism/Public Relations

UW Oshkosh was never my first choice, but I'm glad it's where I called home for almost three years. I've learned more about being a journalist, public relations professional and an adult in the classroom and the newsroom than I ever would have elsewhere. I'm proud to call Oshkosh and the Journalism Department my second home.
