Director of Proposal Development

In addition to A'viands, I will now be supporting the proposal development for all of the Elior North America (formerly TrustHouse) family of companies.
By creating a central proposal team, we are able to share resources and implement a strategic proposal process that supports sales initiatives across the company.

Key Accountabilities:
*Develop the new central proposal team positions, along with hiring and training of new team members
*Create a new dynamic and smooth proposal process that supports all business units
*Assist with the transition of each business unit to the central process
*Design new templates, forms, training, and reporting documents
*Provide updates to the proposal production process, including the use of Mimeo
*Create a central content library for all business units utilizing Qvidian
*Assist with the development, launch, and use of Salesforce in collaboration with Elior - France
*Leadership - Provide guidance and support to direct reports and sales team
*Handle day-to-day RFP/proposal and process questions
*Review each RFP document for timeline, registration, bonding, certifications, insurance, legal review, and important form requirements
*Administer the new central proposal schedule and assignments
*Monitor and track upcoming proposal/bid opportunities
*Oversee the proposal development process including: operation of the proposal team, content creation, proposal design and assembly
*Provide writing support and proof-reading for all proposal documents
*Complete bonding and COI requests as needed

Responsible for establishing, managing, and administering key proposal development initiatives for all segments of business. Direct responsibility for business proposals and presentations, as well as oversight on bonding, insurance certificates, CRM system, and varying marketing materials.
Key Accountabilities:
*Leadership - Manage Proposal Development team
*Handle day-to-day RFP/proposal questions
*Review each RFP document for significant timelines/deadlines and registration, bonding, certifications, insurance and special forms requirements.
*Distribute RFPs internally to applicable management and segment employees
*Administer the Proposal Schedule and proposal preparation assignments
*Oversee the proposal preparation process including design, assembly, and logistical operation of the proposal team
*Provide technical writing support and proof-reading for all company proposal and presentation materials
*Assist with and ensure accuracy of completion of required forms and documents
*Provide recommendations for proposal design and process improvements
