-Greets guests; creates, modifies and processes room reservations and group bookings.
-Responsible for providing guests with accurate campus and company information. Respond to guest inquires
-Prepares and maintains daily reports, billing details, reservations and various tracking spreadsheets.
-Maintains communications throughout shift with housekeeping team to ensure accurate and timely room changes and updates to room status.
-Reports all information regarding guest room and facility issues to leadership in a timely manner.
-Stocks, organizes and cleans market pantry, front desk and lobby area. As well as tracks inventory of market pantry products.
-Performs administrative support to hospitality departments as needed.
-Communicates with Event Planning team members to coordinate details and services provided to Inn guests and ensures Inn employees are informed as needed.
-Collaborates and participates in department and business unit initiatives.
-Maintains an operating knowledge of hospitality operations systems and applications.
-Assists others on the team as needed to ensure work is completed and a high level of customer service is maintained.
-Upholds Hospitality Universal Standards and Westfield Inn’s quality standards at all time.
-Periodically assists with cleaning of Westfield Inn’s lodging rooms and assisting food and beverage areas related to the operation of the facility.
-As assigned, may be required to drive Shuttle Vehicle to transport guests between Home Office campus facilities. Completes all related training and maintains compliance with all safety/operating procedures.
