Lead a successful team of 52 technicians to finish number 1 in our market and number 9 in the world at repairing relationships, inspiring customers and delivering enriching experiences.
Continually develop and challenge the technicians to want more out of their job, their co-workers and the level of service they provide to our customers through continuous development and feedback.
We were granted 400 hours of head count, approximately 15 individuals. We needed to recruit, hire, and train within 4 weeks. To accomplish this task we could not use our typical training so we created a training program that worked in tandem with the system used by Apple corporate.
I streamlined how we approach and track attendance, employee connections, development and reviews and how these processes are implemented in our daily workflow. The results were so successful in improving our consistency and it's impact on our team members, in conjunction with the teams positive feedback regarding this new process, prompted rolling the program out to the rest of the market.
