I handled all marketing aspects of our business along with staying up to date with new trends in order to insure future clients. I took care of all the bookkeeping and made sure all clients paid their balance at least two weeks prior to their events. I kept our location very clean and organized. I took clients to different venues around town to look and choose from for their events as well as helping/giving them ideas for their decorations depending on their likes and dislikes. I made sure to build a relationship with my clients, knowing a wedding or special event requires at least a year of planning. I made sure they felt comfortable and willing to ask any questions they might have or problems they might be experiencing.

I ran the business in the owners absence and recorded all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
