• Lead of the MIS report team tasked with designing a solution to replace a 20-yr old legacy reporting system in USPS. My team published over 10 reports using SQL & Microstrategy enabling the USPS Business Customer Intelligence team to make enlightened rapid customer decisions
• Designed five iPad dashboards for fiscal year 2015, while working closely with the federal client and the Microstrategy development team. Each dashboard provides automated reporting to the USPS VP of Sales, VP of International Mail and VP of New Products and Innovations.
• Functional analyst of Customer Data Mart team for the design and testing of the Customer Interaction Agent which will be used for the analytical distribution of leads by the entire United States Postal Service sales force
