• Assisted a leading European clearing house (CCP) in developing a client-clearing framework compliant with CFTC LSOC regulations. Assessed the CCP’s whitepaper outlining principals and approach with regards to the LSOC “With” and “Without Excess” models, including:
o Feedback on the strategic plan for LSOC compliance
o Reference to industry leading practices and specific regulatory requirements
o Insights on industry challenges and opportunities to differentiate the LSOC offering

• Supported a Top 5 wealth management firm with its Digital Transformation Execution activities across a portfolio of 22 programs. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project plans; identifying and monitoring risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies; developing status reports for senior leadership; managing cross-departmental relationships between the Business, Technology and Legal/Compliance/Risk; structuring and maintaining SharePoint sites; providing recommendations to improve the overall portfolio reporting process; and developing business requirements for one of the projects within the Digital Portfolio

• Supported the project management efforts at an American life insurance company which acquired a new term product business system. Assisted in the execution of a plan from intake to distribution with a goal to achieve a volume of 100,000 applications within 13 months of close. Key responsibilities included preparation of presentational material, development of status reports, and management of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies

• Supported a major global bank’s efforts to comply with a Federal Reserve Consent Order by preparing deliverables that demonstrated compliance with the Consent Order’s mandate to remediate identified deficiencies. The deliverables included reports detailing the bank’s approach to addressing the Consent Order and the actions taken to address the specific deficiencies
