In my most recent role I personally developed an ecommerce business, www.peopleshop.com, from scratch to >$1MM in its first year. Conceived of the business proposition and long term vision, secured senior management strategic alignment and led every step of the build, product strategy and marketing development process. I built a team of passionate and hard-working individuals striving to be the best in the business.
