After working at litl for several months, my role expanded to another of our CEO’s businesses, Aquent. At Aquent, I designed research to address key questions from marketing, product and senior management, building a rich understanding of customers. And as the bridge between customers and Aquent, I ensured customers’ needs were considered when important decisions were made.

In 2013, I joined litl, a mobile app developer in the digital photography space. In addition to running ad-hoc research projects (e.g. video diary, usability testing), I established a market research online community of 150 digital photography enthusiasts. At its peak, I fielded research in the community on a weekly basis and reported findings to senior management.

As the firm grew to a staff of more than 20, I grew to manage projects for clients in a variety of industries, including confectionary, alcohol beverage, health & beauty, and technology.
