o I worked with the trim manager to research and coordinate raw materials and trims for approval. I sourced and collected materials for the sample garments.
o I partnered with Design and Merchandising Team for both labels under the Tracy Reese Brand to ensure timely execution of product development calendar.
o I entered and maintained updates for each style in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system or shared drives; perform daily tracking of goods on order, in progress (WIP) and in-transit to ensure timely delivery according to development calendar; create and distribute production status report; follow-up with vendors, factories and Design/Merchandising on a daily bases. Often I used my CAD skills to make small changes to designs as needed.
o I partnered with merchandisers and fit team to confirm accuracy of size breaks, tickets, and item information in PLM system; I entered data into approved vendor matrix, with costing and production capacity portfolio on a daily basis.
o I created, revised, input and maintained production orders and monitor transmission to factories Tracy Reese’s production factories; filed and maintained records of purchase orders (POs); received and tracked all pre-production samples and stock deliveries daily.
o Worked with trim manager to maintain fabric/trim library, in partnership with Design; labeled and organized fabric samples from various vendors, maintained product development logs and production archives library; track non-compliance/claims chargebacks with vendors, where appropriate.
o Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the most cost-efficient prices and timely delivery of supplies and materials.
o Observed and assisted with fit process; keep detailed notes; adhere to and enforce production standards set by Tracey Reese.

• Collaborate on organizing and set up of styling areas: fashion, hair and make-up
