Quality Assurance Specialist

As a QA Specialist, my main duties are monitoring interviewers while they conduct surveys with the general public, and making sure they are following all project instructions while on the phone. The respondents vary from people at home, to international corporations and their employees, and even high ranking politicians. I coach, mentor, and develop those interviewers in all aspects of their job.
Other facets of QA Specialist include: running production reports, data entry/data discrepancy checking, assisting with call-center supervision, editing, briefing new projects, covering reception as needed, coding for certain projects, as well as managing others on coding projects/training new coders, and recruiting for local and nationwide focus groups.
