Support the execution of GE's vision of one central view of the customer across all GE businesses. Responsible for consolidating and centralizing Commercial processes through work migrations, simplification and centralization. Commercial functions include new GE Customer on boarding, credit analysis, inside sales, customer care, order entry, and Genius link product.
•Responsible for driving and executing one central customer view, Commercial Shared Services initiative across all GE businesses.
•Grow service offerings and processes through work migration and job creation, creating simplified and central global operations centers
•Centralized the management of approximately 6,000 GE Power, Water, Energy Connections, and Oil & Gas sales employees’ incentive compensation programs from external contractors to internal GE site, saving GE 500K annually
•Consolidated GE Energy Connections lowest volume customer sales coverage to Cincinnati, resulting in 10 jobs and $68M new sales pipeline
•Migrated 50 employees and contractors work in credit services and order entry to Cincinnati, OH and Chennai, India
•Created new service of inside sales for GE Aviation’s lowest volume customers generating $4M in new material and spare engine sales
•Managed work migration of GE Digital’s marketing service from external consultants to internal GE team resulting in $1M savings
•Received 2016 GO North America Center’s annual award for demonstrating the GE Belief, delivering results in uncertain world
