As a Digital Account Manager I contribute to the overall revenue success of the Advertising Department by providing support to sales executives in their efforts to effectively sell online advertising, service existing clients and continually develop new business for the Palm Beach Post and its network of Web sites. I work with designated sales teams and will ensure that teams are meeting and exceeding online sales goals by continuing to build relationships with customers, driving their satisfaction and loyalty, selling online products effectively. I do a “hybrid” position consisting of outside sales and in-office sales support functions.
I also work closely with our Digital Strategy team to develop and do a deep dive into current and new online campaigns. Using my Google Adwords certification and viewing Google Analytics we help develop, maintain and grow online campaigns and accounts.
