As a Digital Account Manager I contribute to the overall revenue success of the Advertising Department by providing support to sales executives in their efforts to effectively sell online advertising, service existing clients and continually develop new business for the Palm Beach Post and its network of Web sites. I work with designated sales teams and will ensure that teams are meeting and exceeding online sales goals by continuing to build relationships with customers, driving their satisfaction and loyalty, selling online products effectively. I do a “hybrid” position consisting of outside sales and in-office sales support functions.

I also work closely with our Digital Strategy team to develop and do a deep dive into current and new online campaigns. Using my Google Adwords certification and viewing Google Analytics we help develop, maintain and grow online campaigns and accounts.

As my part-time passion I coach the best 1 hour workout in the country. The energizing group interval fitness concept that is sweeping the nation is a one-of-a-kind workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, using a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, SBT suspension training™ and free weights to tone your body and gain energy throughout the day.

Working on the outside sales team with Department of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. The ADG is the newspaper with the largest paper and online media circulation in the state of Arkansas. I handle Digital Media sales of banner space as well as search engine marketing and search engine optimization for our clients. I help design ads, place and collect campaign impact results to present to clients.

We also are in association with 121 Digital Marketing. They provide digital business solutions on a small scale to national accounts (ever heard of Coca-Cola). Products include PR web, Constant Contact, SEO/SEM, Social Media Management, Website and Mobile website creation, and Reputation Management. Our other partner is Centro where we resell re-targeting and geo-targeting web and mobile ads.

I interact with clients as well as the retail advertising reps to maintain and grow our business. My classified section specialty is automotive. I help sell and onboard automotive dealerships to our classified digital platform. We can list their inventories, provide advertisement throughout he newspaper's website, as well as feature dealerships and vehicles. I train our classified and retail sales reps on how to incorporate digital marketing into their campaigns and how different services will help different businesses.

My last and the most fun part of my job is I write the fast fitness column for a print publication entitled "Healthbeat" that is delivered statewide with the paper once a month. This includes a half page article on fitness tips and best practices.

In-Office support for outside sales team. Held meetings via phone ad gotomeeting. Responsibilities included on-boarding and retaining clients for a targeted marketing strategy at the Tier 3 level. Handle all of client’s marketing needs by partnering with vendors that supply social media options, targeted search marketing and call tracking. Products included direct mail, SEO, SEM, microsite development and iframing. Managed $400k+ of accounts by setting up monthly campaign calls for development, launches and results.
