Created department that annually delivers over 120 co-curricular programs comprised of 340+ educational hours with a total attendance of 8,000+ (2013-2014) designed to assist student development of leadership skills, professionalism, and cultural competence.Programs include the Chancellor's Leadership Academy, the Missouri S&T Student Leadership Conference and Safe Space/Ally Development Workshops. Developed 6-year strategic plan with key performance indicators.
Led the development and implementation of assessment plans to guide continuous department/program improvement and efficiency based upon the Council for the Advancement of Student Affairs Standards (CAS) and best practices.
Led the development of reciprocal relationships with internal and external constituents resulting in increased interaction between students and alumni/employers and increased innovative skill development opportunities.
Responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing performance of full-time, clerical and paraprofessional student staff.

Led a national search for Director of Residential Life.
Created the Missouri S&T Lesbian, Gay, BiSexual/BiAffectionate, Transgender, Queer, Questioning and Ally Advisory Board consisting of students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Oversaw development and implementation of Lavender Graduation Ceremony, LGBTQA Student Leader of the Year Award, and LGBTQA Outstanding Ally Award.
Created the Student Involvement and Leadership Center Advisory Committee and led them in developing SILC mission statement.
Assisted with development of the Missouri S&T plan to increase gender neutral, disability accessible, and family assist restrooms.
