Exceeds customer expectations by providing excellent customer service. Answer and solve billing questions. Order and stock equipment in the office. Open accounts for customer, after talking and figuring out what they customer needs and price range is. Maintain and continues to exceed bi weekly goals in the service center also with VOC. Order supplies for the office. Has become one of the leads for the offices with training new reps and helping out other reps in different office solve issues via IM. I have also become sales lead for my office where I head up daily morning meetings and pep talk sales. Thru me doing this has allowed my office to drive up our sales to 9%. Very flexible with working OT, working and covering different offices, while exercising and perfecting my leadership skills in the office.
