• Assist in building and growing a merchandiser community in the Northwest region by recruiting, identifying and developing new merchandisers, and creating high levels of engagement in the opportunity
• Meet monthly productivity and engagement targets set specifically for new merchandisers in 60 day period
• Follow C+I guidelines and utilize company resources to provide training and best practices for new merchandisers focused on successful pop-up shops, online selling, and clienteling; both one-on-one and in a group setting.
