Accompanied sales representatives on sales call to demonstrate time and attendance solution. Influenced corporate-level executive team in discussions of job design, implementation process, and candidate skillset for peers in my role. Prior to this, I served as a Senior Implementation Manager with Ceridian, where I received the Fast Track award (customer support role to implementation manager to senior implementation manager in 6-month timeframe). Responsible for implementation and training on increasingly larger/more complex payroll systems, including fast food, county government, and Fortune 500 companies.
