Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of initiatives to meet the overall enrollment, marketing, and public relations goals of Pacific Union College.
Lead a college-wide branding, marketing and communication strategy that supports the college’s mission, aligns with enrollment objectives. Develop and manage a comprehensive enrollment management plan in order to achieve financial and operational objectives. Manage day-to-day recruitment and admission activity with accountability for achieving key metrics. Develop and oversee the implementation of an integrated marketing and recruitment plan. Manage the image of the college’s programs and promote them using a full range of marketing and promotional techniques and strategies, including, but not limited to, web/e-mail, social media, publications, direct mail. Work collaboratively with the Vice President for Finance, and other key team members to create and implement a comprehensive student aid strategy and program. Provide vision, leadership, mentorship, and management for those administrators and staff who report to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing.
