I attended IIN and the Institute for Nutritional Leadership to become a certified integrative nutrition coach after being diagnosed with, and healing from, Crohn's disease and Lupus. After spending weeks in the hospital, and months of home health care, I knew that my body was designed to heal itself, and I just needed to find a root cause resolution, that was natural and holistic, and a far better choice than all of the medications that were so toxic to my mind, body, and spirit.
As a former NFL cheerleader, Crimsonette, and Miss Universe Organization crown holder, judge, and choreographer, I'm now a no drama momma practicing less OMG, more OM, and I am passionate about helping people recover from chronic, long term illnesses, with natural and alternative solutions for theirs overall health. My passion is helping others overcome the challenges they face, by making better food and lifestyle choices, so they can rise above their pain, and step into their full potential and authentic power.
I'm also very proud to have worked with my daughter's school staff and leadership, on how to educate and empower our children on the efforts they can make themselves, to set the standard for nutrition higher for their generation. When we, as parents and teachers, set a positive example, children learn how to become educated and health conscious consumers, making their futures even brighter. You can read more about the programs I have available on my website at www.jenniferottsinc.com, and my Facebook page is www.fb.me/ msotts. I have about 5000 followers on LinkedIn, where I've published articles on relationships, and the affects they have on our health. I've also been featured as a Femcity Professional, contributor for Harness Magazine, and honored for excellence as one of the top 40 Health and Wellness Experts in the county. I'm a member of ICF, APCTC, NAPW, PonteVedra Women’s Club, Female Entrepreneurs Association, and the HeartMath Institute, as well as the IOC with Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital. All of these professional associations have allowed me to encourage busy, professionals to make their health a priority, and to raise awareness for various causes.
