Lead HR service center as a primary point of contact for all company employees, providing first level response to inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, policies, forms and other general employment matters. Assist and act as backup for the Payroll Manager to process biweekly payroll, manage time card and time off entries, monitor taxation changes and calculations, and conduct payroll audits. Ensure the operational accuracy and effectiveness of employee service center, identifying improvement opportunities and taking appropriate action. Proactively identify and create operational efficiency through centralized administration, outsourcing and globalization of processes.
