Strategize mailings, campaigns, communications outreach and promotions to acquire and retain members. Identify new membership streams. Oversee membership gift processing, acknowledgement, donor recognition and fulfillment. Develop and manage engaging member programs and events. Develop and manage member survey and results. Create and implement museum’s membership budget and revenue goals. Generate queries, reports and statistics for membership sales and marketing initiatives. Work with other departments to maintain strong, consistent membership messaging. Write copy, create and oversee membership and marketing collateral and printed materials. Maintain communications schedules. Write and produce monthly e-communications and build subscriber base. Track and report on success of our e-communications. Manage museum’s Facebook page and engage our audience through various forms of social media. Manage website content and implementation. Strategize marketing projects and campaigns to increase awareness, exposure and museum attendance. Manage press previews, coordinate sending press images, logos and relevant information. Supervise and create project outlines for Membership and Marketing Coordinator and department interns. Develop professional relationships, partnerships and outreach that benefit mission and goals of the museum.
