As a Sales Manager for Perfumania, I was directly responsible company procedures were adhered to on a daily basis ensuring the smooth operation of the business. It was my responsibility to motivate my staff to exceed company sales goal on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. I was held accountable for scheduling within the parameters of a specific payroll budget, payroll transmissions, inventory control, security of the store, accounting of store funds, sales goals versus actual daily sales, including reviewing all returns, exchanges, and discounts for accuracy, as well as all of the day to day paperwork and filing. It was my responsibility to recruit, hire and train my staff as well as tracking employees goals on an individual basis through weekly and monthly progress reports. I am a very detail oriented individual and a great multi-tasker.
