Drove and executed go-to-market launch plans for 9 product categories (consisting of over 40 different products) including: Apple, Beats by Dr. Dre, Disney, THX, Gaming, Home Theater, Monster Music, Turbine* Headphones, Zune.
Worked cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Executive Team to ensure product met all requirements and in-store dates.
Managed and executed internal Marketing project schedule and deliverables by coordinating with Creative Director, Copywriters, Graphic Artists, Photography and Web Developers.
Executed creative objectives and oversaw all approvals for packaging, signage, point-of-sale, press releases, press events, sell-in material, instructional manuals, tradeshows, advertising and other collateral as needed. Reviewed and edited content for grammar, spelling, and accuracy.
Specifically focused on building brand equity for the Beats by Dr. Dre headphones by contributing creative input and overseeing the brand image. Handled design logistics for Best Buy point-of-sale display, planned and attended gifting events, pitch story to media outlets, sent out product for editorial review. Worked closely with Interscope Records to develop market strategy and acquire appropriate approvals. Traveled across the U.S. to attend meetings, press events and tradeshows.
Built and managed relationships with outside vendors, agencies and media, including: Interscope Records, BlackBerry, Conde Nast and Wired Magazine.
Developed program and trained incoming Marketing Specialists.
