Oversee delivery of recruiting services to our clients, and help drive sourcing strategy, recommend process improvements, and partner with team members in the execution of these critical pieces of talent acquisition. Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline, as well as benchmark and develop key performance metrics.

• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
• Develop and grow strong relationships with industry leaders and community partners.
• Implemented and maintain the internal recruiting database/ATS.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
• Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting activity.
• Actively participate in all recruitment related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
• Use creative methods to research, source, and qualify passive candidates.
• Engage candidates and generate interest in our open positions through innovative sourcing
strategies.
• Support and achieve sourcing and hiring goals, and offer insights into sourcing and talent
trends.
