MicrosoftStore.com is the online arm of a young but fast growing, multi-channel retail store; it is the flagship ecommerce destination for Microsoft products and select third-party items.
• Identified and implemented strong sales messaging to increase attach rates for Surface in the customer funnel, resulting in 12 - 53% improvement for key accessories. Lead new upsell format in the U.S. which was later emulated by other categories.
• Leader in implementation of just released functionality during critical holiday selling season, resulting in incremental revenue of over $2m.
• Played critical role in world-wide major product launches to ensure the best customer experience, on-brand messaging, creative assets, traffic driving, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Collaborated cross-functionally to ensure adequate inventory levels to support promotions and key selling seasons. Advocated for best promotion execution online while balancing need for multi-channel consistency.
