Primary responsibility is business development & revenue growth this includes:
-Develop and implement business plans that drive growth, profitability and market share in line with management expectations for the Wealth Management program.
-Engage, refer and collaborate with brokerage partner, Investment professionals and other business units to provide members with comprehensive financial advice.
-Collaborate with marketing, individual advisors and Regional VPs to identify and implement opportunities to reach members within geographic regions or targeted industry sectors: Education, Healthcare,Technology and Tourism.
-Develop a branch wealth platform which includes licensing branch crew, developing basic & advanced Wealth training programs as well as a coaching system that provides continuous feedback on referral quality.
-Construct referral incentive programs, contests and campaigns ensuring branch crew achieve referral goals.
- Prepare a multi-year strategic plan ensuring continued growth, profitability and collaboration with other business units to ensure a comprehensive approach to building lifetime member relationships.
- Responsible for recruiting, evaluating, training and motivating a team of financial investment advisors and sales assistants as well as educating and motivating FAIRWINDS crew members to refer wealth and private banking services to members.
