As a dynamic employee, I rotate between front of house positions consistently. As a server, I excel at exceeding consumer expectations and providing quality service. I am proficient in all aspects of restaurant operations and collaborate with coworkers to ensure all guests enjoy their experience. I also have extensive product knowledge, including wine and pairing.
As a bartender, I strive to create regular guests by leading an engaging interaction. The Keg prides itself on efficiency and quality, therefore I have acquired a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Finally, as a supervisor, I directly deal with all guest dissatisfaction and ensure they leave content. I also oversee staff and resolve any issues they might have. In addition, I perform daily operational duties, do employee payables and receivables, provide leadership, and accept any challenge that may be presented. I thoroughly enjoy all positions and love the flexibility I am given to adapt and thrive in each role.
