Managed projects in a portfolio that consists of technology projects (infrastructure, development), business projects (process alignment, process improvement) as well as integration projects with Amazon. Approximately 170 projects within the portfolio, including website redesigns, larger ERP implementations, back office system upgrades, etc.
• Led and managed highly-complex strategic initiatives and projects with cross-functional technical and business teams, including internal/external business partners, suppliers and technology solution providers
• Managed a critical project to change the credit card payment processing connectivity from Chase Paymentech HTTPS to Frame Relay over TCP/IP, as well as implementing connectivity across VPN tunnel over TCP/IP as a new layer of redundancy, across all Zappos.com websites without impact to daily operations and business. This provided more robust & stable for payment processing leading into a fourth quarter holiday season
