Aids in building SESAC brand awareness and a positive reputation within the industry by; overseeing and participating in the design and production of marketing materials, including: brochures, print ads, websites, presentations, press releases, etc., and collaborating with team members on marketing/PR campaigns that promote new songwriter signings and other company initiatives.
Ensures timely delivery of advertisements to vendor partners by managing ad trafficking.
Maintains comprehensive department databases by indexing and filing ads/digital files and ensuring up-to-date/accurate mailing lists.
Contributes to the success of SESAC events by aiding in the planning, organizing, administration, and marketing of each event.
Supports department during after-hours functions (Award dinners, #1 Events, showcases, etc.)
Helps measure the success of team marketing efforts and competitor activities by conducting research, developing and executing various reports/queries and spreadsheets.
Assists department and SESAC organization with administrative responsibilities as needed.
