SE Asia Coffee Sourcery

Founder and Lead Consultant

Socially- and environmentally-responsible coffee sourcing by an expert in the region. We are a multi-faceted consultancy for coffee-related businesses of all sizes and at all stages of the supply chain, including specialized knowledge of the coffees, roasters, and specialty cafes of Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.

Services include: cafe design; equipment recommendations and procurement; source trips to coffee farms, research centers and roasteries; green coffee bean sourcing for importers/brokers, roasters and barista competitions; advanced barista training and troubleshooting; menu development; and general coffee education.

We are committed to elevating the coffee supply chain in SE Asia by forging long-term personal relationships and working with coffee producers as equal partners. We accomplish this by providing farmers with the training to produce superior coffee sustainably and access to specialty coffee markets, and by enabling them to invest their increased incomes on community-driven development projects; linking importers, roasters, cafes, baristas and coffee enthusiasts with the best coffees in the region; and promoting other businesses doing exceptional work in specialty coffee.
