Completed the rigorous 6 month training program modeled under the Uniqlo Japan standard doing half of the training in New York City and the other half in Osaka, Japan.

Was promoted to a store manager level at the end of 6 months, but held the title of Assistant Manager as a placeholder until the next position was made available.

Opened up the large flagship scale Uniqlo on 34th St by training associates on UNIQLO standards from cash wrap to merchandising. As an assistant manager, developed 2 supervisors that were promoted to assistant managers within 6 months.

Managed a staff of 100+ people to push them to their full potential in order to gain sales and profit.

Was the Women's Merchandise Meeting idea coordinator for 34th St, suggesting items to corporate merchandisers in Japan that would do well in a US Market with many of my suggestions being put through in production today.
