Played key role in the expansion of business portfolio within the Performance Improvement division of PCDC, a National not-for-profit, dedicated to strengthening primary care services to underserved communities. Direct all aspects of PCDC’s Emergency Management (EM) Program consisting of training and implementation projects to over 400 healthcare organizations throughout the United States. Managed the successful execution of activities to ensure projects were delivered on-time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters. Provided as needed direct technical assistance to various Primary Care Centers, Healthcare Associations, Psychiatric Centers, Community Based Organizations and Long Term Care Facilities. Actively identify and pursue additional program funding opportunities for expansion of EM Program. Responsible for client communications and satisfaction; development and negotiation of budgeting and contracts process. Co-founder and member of the Primary Care Emergency Preparedness Network to staff the NYC Emergency Operations Center at NYC Office of Emergency Management during the activation of Emergency Support Function # 8. Disaster management experience includes: Deployed & co- managed PCEPN Staff at NYC Emergency Operations Center within the Healthcare Evacuation (Transportation Unit) during Hurricane Sandy & Irene. Deployed and trained primary care centers during the planning, execution and evaluation of H1N1 Point of Dispensing Operations. Deployed as a NYC MRC for H1N1 Point of Dispensing Operations
