Content Marketing Specialist
Develop and manage content strategy and pipeline for all global teams while serving as the lead editor, writer, and top research analyst for all content published by PFS – a global commerce service provider. Work alongside premier technology partners, such as IBM, SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle, and Magento to deliver an array of content required to drive sales across all primary channels.
Work cross-functionally to source existing and create new content from around the company and identify subject matter experts in each business area, while ensuring the content creation and distribution process is streamlined and efficient. Responsible for internal and external communications, to include sales enablement and company initiatives. Lead the analytics and data mining processes to define and track key metrics around engagement and performance, and use these metrics to drive more effective strategies. Oversee our social media, SEO, and digital advertising strategies and execution.
