Line Maintenance Manager

Perform managerial duties for twenty assigned mechanics and 130 aircraft. Project manager for numerous tasks. I.E. Landing gear changes, “A” and “B” checks, stage 3 hush kit modifications, interior, re-configurations, induction and reactivation from short and long term storage, service bulletin incorporation, and flight line related support functions. Perform engine power assurance/ verification run-ups and adjustments.
A&P Lead Tech: Supervise and train a crew of up to 10 mechanics while working hand in hand with supervisors, managers, parts expediters, and customer reps to facilitate the expeditious completion of projects. Such projects include: “A” and “B” checks, Line Maintenance, Service checks, Storage, accomplishment of: AD’s Service Bulletins, and Engineering orders on the following aircraft: BOEING, 727, 737, 747, 767 McDonnell Douglas DC-8, DC-9, DC-10, MD-11, Lockheed L1011, and Airbus Industries A-300. Responsible for the training of entry-level mechanics and mechanics helpers.
