Provide office and personnel management for to Arizona State Representatives. Provide effective written and oral communication skills, word processing skills necessary to work with speed and accuracy, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and legislative operating systems. Acquire knowledge of legislative, administrative, judicial, and business systems. Apply ability to research and analyze relevant constituent issues, to track legislation and prepare member briefings and materials. Perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently under pressing time constraints while work both independently and cooperatively. Coordinate meetings, committee items, and practice event planning regular. Exercise professional judgment; maintain confidentiality, and any other additional requests via my supervisors. I must also advise writer's/clients of appropriate formatting, syntax, grammar, spelling, etc.
