Gap & Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Training & Development, Delivery and Outcomes Assessment to align with the strategic goals of the organization.
In partnership with leadership, define ,develop and deliver training initiatives to support the strategic initiatives of the Bank. Closely work with external and internal SME's and community resources to develop best training avenues that effectively respond to organizational needs and success.
Develop & implement opportunities for e-learning, classroom and experiential activities while utilizing adult learning theories. Design courses & curriculum for variety of training topics & delivery methods (classroom, self-directed, virtual, e-learning, blended learning)
Facilitate ongoing trainings for all levels in the bank.These include variety of personal and professional development topics. Conduct student learning evaluation, program analysis & outcome.Experience with different LMS for training set up, creating reports and data analytics.Create effectiveness in the training processes within LMS. Explore &Implement automation to enhance time management and turnaround within the system, while also creating a better end user experience.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders in the project management of training grants and training sessions.
