At Diamond Wipes, I quickly learned manufacturing process for name brand Beauty, Healthcare, Industrial and Drug products. It was an exciting job where I was able to help clients form an idea and then see it on the shelves of major retail stores.

In the first two months, I strategically managed accounts with our growing team to surpass the monthly quota by 50%.

I also decreased project cycle lead times and warehouse storage shelf time by managing Product Inventory Reports, thus saving clients and the company $65,000 in six months.

At CarMax, I was fortunate to have many great mentors who developed me into the leader I have become today. Throughout my 7 years, I focused on Customer Experience and managed the daily responsibilities of being a leader in the Business Office Department. I supported the Senior Managers with Finance, Sales, Audit, Associate Development and Training Reports and created Action Plans to support CarMax's mission statement. I created and facilitated Cross-Training programs and Associate Self-Development programs. During a difficult and trying period, I was able to motivate a team of twenty associates to improve the department customer service score from 58% to 86%. Since I have always been into health and fitness, I was appointed Chair to the Health & Wellness Committee. With my experience in managing Customer Experience, I was appointed Co-Chair for the Voice of the Customer Committee.
