Jasmine Interacts with guests by checking in and out reservations, and collaborates with the Bistro and other departments to better serve guests.
Jasmine often answers multi line phones and operated on a fosse computer system to better serve guests. Jasmine aides management in basic accounts receivable and other financial aspects of the hotel business including cashiering and till management while providing excellent conflict resolution skills and utilizing resources to provide superb customer satisfaction.
Jasmine has also supervised some basic training for new employees and maintained a high overall guest services score.
