Reducing health disparities by connecting young parenting families (13-24) to evidence based, effective health education via social media and social marketing. Coordinate, plan, facilitate on-site meetings with project managers and coordinators. Analyze and interpret data; apply data to content strategy to increase user experience of social platforms and print media usage. Increasing program visibility to public service agencies such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service’s Office of Adolescent Health. Develop professional trainings for local county program coordinators and case managers, making the case for the benefit of health communications via social marketing and mass media for effective health behavior change.
