Scope of responsibilities:
► Comprehensive maintain of real estate as well as implementation of conveniences;
► Current maintenance of devices in installations: waterworks, central heating, ventilation, ice water and building energetics;
► Increase of LSAS asset value, activation of partnership’s property;
► Media monitoring, creation of tools to optimize and reduce energy consumption in the organization processes
► Supervision over order and cleanness on the real estate area, and in LSAS buildings;
► Presentation of space for rent/lease;
► Organization and supervision over servers and services associated with a correct use of real estate
► Current consultation for LSAS Board of Directors in the scope concerning real estates;
► Supervise over real estate documentation records, including buildings, which possessions are obliged provisions of the law;
► Schedules preparation of planned maintenance and mandatory control of real estate,

Participation in major projects:
■ Installation and air-conditioning modernization in buildings, including economically reasonable exchange of chilled water units;
■ Reduction in demand for electricity and central heating in LSAS buildings, at little investments significant results were obtained. Optimization of lighting the parking lot and storage halls that effected in energy consumption reduction by average 12000 kW/per month. Modernization of existing stoves reduced working device time needed to heat the rooms;
■ Change of paid parking system (about 1500 parking spaces) on premises of the Main Terminal. Sealing the parking lot and change of the procedure scheme for drivers led to a very large increase in revenues. Revenue for the Organization increased by 64%, at simultaneous decrease in service charges by 57%;
■ Transfer the company’s operation departments to own buildings. Optimization of operating costs by dropping charges for lease foreign surface (department of the plate service, airport service vehicles workshops);
