Working with Design and Construction on Low Voltage and IT requirements for new builds and renovation at the Valley Fair Centre. Areas of responsibility include: Network/MDF/IDF, WiFi, CCTV, Access Control, Life Safety. Owning the RFP/Bid process to Implementation oversight: Development of requirements; Review of deliverables; Awarding of bids; Supervision of Subs; Design review.
• Developed a tool to estimate costs associated with Digital Technologies providing a detailed view to support budgetary decisions
• Identified gaps in areas of responsibilities IT vs. Construction managing risks to budget and/or schedule
• Review and challenge Change Request for accuracy resulting in 10%+ reduction of costs
