• Achieved $350K+ in annualized savings by ensuring cellphones removed from stock invoices upon deployment.
• Reduced open New Hire tickets in ServiceNow service management tool from 186 to 76 in three weeks, ensuring new hires received all equipment and access needed in a timelier manner.
• Saved Diageo PC lease buyout costs by reviewing Missing PC list in ServiceNow and finding, in one month, 132 of the 500+ PCs missing; followed up on 45 current missing Leaver Laptops and found 42.
• Consistently achieved one of the highest SAP Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) performance/compliance ratings in my peer group.
