Retail Sales position for an all-natural gourmet Tea Cookie Company called Southern Sisters located in the Historical Charleston City Market and Charleston Farmers Market.
Pick up daily inventory from bakery.
Keep accurate inventory and complete purchase order.
Check my bank for discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Load product, signage, and displays with care.
Punctually arrive at booth during designated time slot.
Unload product, set up booth and arrange signs to identify products as well as prices.
Use energetic personality and smile to bring people in.
Utilize samples, history of product, and factors that set us apart from any other cookie company.
Facilitate sales with cash bank or process credit card transactions when needed.
Use math skills to complete all sales and give customers change accurately.
Talk to customers to find out what they needed and then make suggestions to get them the best deal possible.
Develop a relationship with each customer because return business was essential.

In 2000, I expanded our market from the Charleston area to the entire Southeast by participating in Arts and Craft festivals. Continued to participate in festivals throughout the years and Southern Sisters profits were increased by over 300%.
