Managed all aspects of a $1MM B2B national tour to promote Microsoft HoloLens. Independently managed multiple other clients programs, including tradeshows for Yahoo and Bethesda and a promotional event for Warner Bros. Responsibilities included recruiting and training tour managers, venue sourcing, booth fabrication, vendor management, event execution and budget management.

American Cancer Society

We worked with ACS Making Strides to capture the information of unregistered walkers in two cities. This event was near to my heart and was such a joy to work on.


Hilton Hotels @ Pride

One of the first major events I took the lead in producing was for Hilton Hotels at DC Pride. I was bursting with pride at our finished event and was excited to march in the pride parade!


Sesame Workshop Visit

Our team visited the Sesame Workshop, a client partner, to learn about the latest trends in early childhood education


Taking a Break

Tour launches can be hectic, so I decided to take a "break" on top of some tent walls. Relaxing!



I worked for two years producing the Welch's booth at a trade show for nutritionists and dietitians. Welch's was a great client and I loved the look and feel of the booth.


Scavenger Hunt

When you work in event marketing, sometimes you relax by planning events for your own company. We planned a social media scavenger hunt around NYC for our entire office. It was a great afternoon!



I worked with a fabricator to build a booth for the appliance manufacturer Blomberg at the NYC Architectural Digest Home Design Show

Senior Account Coordinator

Managed 6 simultaneous $1MM nationwide mobile tours for PNC Bank and 15 additional $100k - $600k client programs for clients including Hilton Hotels, DeVry University and the American Cancer Society. Pioneered new client-facing events database, including wireframe creation and vendor management. Created and managed online training module to train 100+ brand ambassadors/month.
