Did food prep for salads, tacos, potatoes, au jus, all you can eat fish, pizza etc. set up tables as well as tear down at the end of the night, tend bar, stock all dressings, make salads, wrap silverware, greet customers, the cook would leave around 9:00pm and at that time I made pizzas and all fried food from the menu until close, cleaning and organizing
